5 Steps to Losing Fats Faster

Here are some tips shared by Regional Development Director Matt Osmond on Monday 29th September.

While Bios Life Slim should work without a deliberate lifestyle change, here's how you can enhance your Bios Life Slim experience and really send your mates into scores of "Ooohs" and "Aaahs" after 90 days:

1) Have a High Protein / Low Carbohydrate Breakfast

2) Have 4 hours spaced inbetween Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner respectively. The number of hours between your last Dinner and your next Breakfast should be 12 hours.

3) Always have 3 well balanced meals (Not 2, not 5, just 3.) Having too much or too little will cause you to gain fats.

4) Increase Physical activities - that means more walking, more physical stuff. Any increase in physical activities will add up to a good fat-loss benefit.

5) Reduce the consumption of processed foods or sugars.So here are 5 steps to enhance your lifestyle.

Ok, maybe they're not THAT easy to follow for most of us. But hey, I did say they aren't mandatory with SLIM :)

P/s: Here's an interesting extra bit of information I got from Matt's presentation: STARVING AND EATING LESS WON'T MAKE YOU SLIM. Going hungry will only put your body in "starvation mode", and your body will be adamantly storing fats in your body "for emergencies" rather than burning fats.
